Owner & Head Coach, Kenley Adams
With over 10 years of experience in the health & fitness and Bodybuilding industry, Kenley is a highly dedicated and results-driven online Bodybuilding coach. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance, with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning, he started out as a D1 collegiate strength coach working with all types of athletes. He transitioned into the bodybuilding world during college and that became his true passion. Kenley combines scientific knowledge with practical coaching techniques to help individuals achieve their fitness goals.
Driven by a passion for physiology and kinesiology, Kenley thrives on the process of improving human performance. Whether working with middle-aged moms, aspiring competitors, or seasoned national-level athletes and IFBB pros, the focus is always on personalized, results-oriented programming that challenges clients to reach their highest potential.
Having learned from several notable mentors in the industry, Kenley brings a wealth of knowledge to every situation, continually evolving coaching methods to ensure clients are achieving their best results. Abigail has been passionate about fitness for years, but in 2024, she elevated her commitment by joining Team Adams as an athlete. Through structured training and discipline, she gained a deep understanding of bodybuilding and the impact of effective coaching.
Now, as a coach under head coach Kenley, Abigail is dedicated to helping others achieve their goals—whether stepping on stage or building strength and confidence in everyday life.
She takes a personalized approach to training and nutrition, ensuring each athlete has the tools and support to progress. Understanding the physical and mental demands of bodybuilding, she fosters a supportive, results-driven environment where athletes can push past their limits.
